Senior Director Diploma:
This four-day program provides participants with the opportunity to engage in realistic, high-pressure scenarios that reflect the complexities of organizational leadership and apply insights from the certificate to the direction of their company. Participants will collaborate to make strategic decisions, assess potential risks, and address challenges in line with board best practices. The program also encourages self-assessment of individual contributions and the effectiveness of the board as a whole.

1- Current and recently appointed persons board of directors We aim to increase effectiveness in the boardroom.
2- senior board of directors I have completed the Company Direction Certification which aims to increase your effectiveness on the board of directors.
3- chief executive officer Participates regularly in board meetings and committees to gain a deeper understanding of board dynamics.
