Board Secretary Program:
This intensive three-day program has been carefully designed to provide you with the essential knowledge and skills you need to excel as a board secretary. It covers important areas such as governance, board dynamics, the role of the board secretary, and board evaluation. Gaining expertise in these areas will strengthen your role as a key liaison between management and the board, while developing your leadership skills and deepening your understanding of governance.
