ESG and sustainability programs:
This two-day program provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of how boards can effectively oversee sustainability and ESG-related risks and opportunities. Covers the latest legal requirements, best practices in sustainability governance, directors’ responsibilities regarding ESG, and key aspects of identifying, managing and disclosing sustainability risks.
