NRC program:
Serving on the Nominating and Compensation Committee (NRC) comes with significant responsibilities and complex challenges. The program is designed to provide up-to-date knowledge on key functions, explore recent developments and emerging trends, and address common challenges faced by NRC members. It also helps demonstrate the committee’s impact and effectiveness through strategic oversight and informed decision-making.
Who should participate?
1- Current and recent appointees NRC members We strive to strengthen the impact of decision-making and governance during committee meetings.
2- Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) This includes senior executives who regularly engage with the NRC and seek a deeper understanding of its decision-making dynamics and governance processes.
3- high potential expert Specializes in governance, risk and compliance (GRC)aims to improve expertise and leadership influence.

- Module I: Understand board governance and the role of the NRC.
- Module 2: Leader appointment and succession.
- Module 3: Executive performance and compensation
- Module 4: Organizational design, culture, and compensation philosophy
- Module 5: Appointment, composition and evaluation of the board of directors.
- Module 6: Serves as chairman of NRC.
- Module 7: NRC successes and failures.
