The Analyzing Financial Statements and Annual Reports course is designed to provide professionals with the essential knowledge and skills needed to effectively analyze an organization’s financial statements and annual reports. This course is aimed at financial professionals, analysts, investors, and stakeholders and provides a comprehensive understanding of financial statement analysis techniques and their application in decision-making processes.
The most important networks between organizations and investors are financial statements and annual reports. Understanding the role of these elements is critical to building better communication channels. This course provides in-depth knowledge of preparing financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. IFRS provides financial reporting standards, according to which a company’s financial reporting must be transparent.
Participants will also learn how to evaluate non-financial information presented in annual reports such as management discussions, corporate governance disclosures, and sustainability reports. The program combines theoretical frameworks with practical case studies to enable participants to extract actionable insights, assess risk, and support strategic and operational decision-making.
