Board Readiness (BDR)
This is a 10-day program designed to equip you with the essential skills you need to take on a leadership role in the boardroom. It focuses on the key areas that are important to becoming an effective board member: governance, strategy, leadership, finance, and KSA background. Developing these skills will help you improve your decision-making abilities, provide proactive leadership, and provide thorough oversight of corporate strategy.
Additionally, the program provides valuable networking opportunities with colleagues and allows you to build a professional network for knowledge exchange. This collective wisdom can be especially beneficial when serving on a board of directors, ensuring that decisions are made that drive the success of the companies they oversee.
Who should participate?
1- Current and recently appointed persons board of directors We want to increase our effectiveness on the board and increase our chances of securing additional board seats.
2- CEO Participates regularly in board meetings and committees to gain a deeper understanding of board dynamics.
